What payment methods do you accept?

Interac E-Transfer (Bank Payment Transfer) only

How long will delivery take?

We ship all of our orders through Canada Post ExpressPost which offers a guaranteed delivery time of 2 –  3 days between MAJOR centres in Canada.  Please note that some holiday times will result in mail delays over which we have no control.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, but only on RETAIL orders placed that total $150 (pre-tax) or more qualify for free shipping.

When checking out (and your pre-tax order is $150 or more), you’ll see a coupon code section.  Enter “FREESHIP” to receive your order free of shipping charges.

I am a tax-exempt Citizen. What do I need to do when checking out?

Please place the order as usual.


Once you place the order and have your order number, please send us a note with a copy of your tax-exempt information (if we don’t already have it on file) and once validated, we will amend your account tax status and process your order.  Please note that any attempts to abuse the system will result in your account being permanently shut down.

I received a defective item.

IF you have received a defective item in your order, please use the contact form to let us know.   Provide the order number and the item information that you ordered.  We will make sure that we fix it and that you get a happy resolution!

What is the Return Policy?

Because of the personal nature of most of the items in our shops, we do not accept returns.
